CAMP MEETING INFORMATION

Camp Meeting is set for the Nazarene District From Tuesday, July 12 to Sunday, July 17, 2022.

Submit your reservation form after JANUARY 1, 2022, with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.

Reservation form and deposit must be submitted/sent together. Any forms and/or deposit without the other will not be accepted.

Reservations are due by June 24, 2022, and will not be accepted after that date.

SITE LICENSE OWNERS

We ask that all Site License Owners on the grounds during Camp Meeting please fill out the form below and return it to the office. The number of guests must be registered with the camp office per City of Prescott Fire Department.

Reservations will be assigned according to the postmarked / received in office date.

MEAL PRICES AND MENU

Meals must be reserved no later than June 24, 2022. There will NOT be an option to purchase meals at camp during check. We are no longer offering single meal purchases, a meal ticket for the duration of Camp Meeting or a full days worth of meals may be purchased.

Meal ticket prices (14 meals):

Ages 11 & up    $140

Ages 4-10         $80

Daily meals prices (3 meals):

Ages 11 & up    $33

Ages 4-10         $21

Children 0-3 eat free with a paying parent or guardian.

Due to meals already being at a discounted rate there will be no other discounts for any food related allergies.

ACTIVITIES

All guests must fill out a Participant Waiver for any activities they wish to participate in at Pinerock. Guests will be asked to fill out a waiver during check in for activities.

Schedule

Pool: Wednesday through Saturday 1:00pm - 4:00pm everyday

Archery: Wednesday and Thursday 2:00pm - 4:00pm both days

Water Battle @ Field: Friday 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Paintball Slings: Saturday 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Zipline: Saturday 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Any scheduled activities are subject to change.

* Pinerock does not provide a nurse. In case of medical emergency call 911, if necessary, and then the Pinerock staff on duty. Follow-up, if necessary, will be conducted through the District Office.
